Challenge:

Challenges were threefold i.e. quality of software, delivery and cost.

Benefits:

Transitioning from waterfall to Agile by accelerating the turnaround time with quality and efficiency, making it a more transparent and flexible process. Used the RAG approach for making the development frequent and efficient & Implementation of quality checkpoints using tools like Maven, Corbetura, Jasmine etc
